However, we are conscious not to compromise image and style for our members needs, and so we are proud to continue to providing the best in facilities equipment, space and availability in all of our ladies areas.

Ladies Only Classes

Each of our branches offer a variety of Ladies Only Classes, that cater to both the social and fun aspects, as well as providing the latest fitness techniques to meet your fitness goals. We offer classes ranging from the high-intensity cardio and muscle toning workouts, to the liberating dance classes that let women enjoy their femininity without inhibition. Ladies Personal Training Sessions

Ladies can enjoy a private experience and the best opportunity to reach their fitness goals attending individually customised ladies personal training sessions. An expert female trainer will first provide you with a consultation to determine your exact goals and concerns, and after general fitness testing and medical checks, they will work with you to obtain your goal, whether it be to improve fitness, improve your image or to work towards a specific sport.
