Our vision of being a ‘health and wellbeing’ centre, is embodied in the fitness and exercise services that we offer. Whether it is a personalised workout, using our facilities or joining one of our diverse exercises classes, there is something for everyone. We pride ourselves on offering the latest in fitness technology, training techniques and fitness personnel to help each of our members achieve their end goal. Fitness
Members are orientated on equipment, guided through the latest fitness systems including TRX, Queenax Functional Training, kinesis machine circuits, weight training, small group sessions and the latest innovations in our Group Exercise Classes. All Members receive a personalized goal based training schedule that will keep you progressing. Whether you have never stepped foot in a Health Club or are a regular Gym user, we will proved you with everything you need, to be the very best you can be.

 

 


Motivation and accountability 

Fitness training requires significant physical work – work which you, if you were on your own, might be prone to put off. Joining one of our fitness programs not only gives you the motivation and encouragement needed to stay committed to your program; but we will also provide a good measure of structure and accountability in your workouts.

Our team and array of classes will ensure that, you waste no time and effort performing workout routines that don’t do you any good. You’ll learn the fundamentally correct ways of using gym equipment and performing exercise techniques, whilst pushing your thresholds, limits and strength. All this will give you the knowledge and confidence you need to keep going.

Results-driven training and progress tracking

Sometimes, you may find yourself working extremely hard only to discover that you are not close to seeing the results you envisioned for yourself. By joining our fitness classes or for more individual progress tracking with a personal trainer you can perform more effective workouts and set more realistic goals for yourself. One of our professionals will also track your progress – thus giving you an objective look at how you’re doing while keeping you away from the temptation of cheating.


Safety
Safety is important in an immediate setting, such as when handling equipment and lifting weights, but it is also important when performing any exercise to ensure that you are not causing your body any harm, through long-term impact. Our fitness team work to make sure your workout routine is safe, and to determine whether you’re pushing far beyond your abilities. Working regularly with a fitness professional will also mean that he or she can tell when you are giving up too easily, when to push you hard or when to slow you down.
